The “EB” series pumps are modern, light and transportable electric pumps, attachable to drums for the transfer of liquids of low viscosity and density (80 cSt. maximum approx.). Apart from that, it can have several uses, for example, filling of carafes, barrels, tractor tanks, fuel and oil deposits of agricultural and industrial machinery, packaging, dosing, etc.
The pump consists of two parts, a motor head and a pump body.
The head includes a 220V single-phase motor with IP-55 protection, protected against all kinds of splashes and contacts with the liquid to be pumped, and incorporates a waterproof switch operable with the thumb, 4 meter cable and bipolar plug. It is also equipped with a relay to protect it from overloads.
The pump body comprises the aluminium tube, steel shaft with guides and nylon impeller. Compliant to the base, it has a filter to prevent the pump from sucking large particles that could obstruct it.
The pump is supplied with a 2-meter hose equipped with a high-performance and high-comfort emptying gun, as well as a standard nut to adapt a GAS 2” drum.
The maximum lifting height of the “EB” series pumps is 5 meters and the flow rate at 1 meter is 60 litres per minute using liquids of 1º Engler (1 cSt) of viscosity. It is not recommended for liquids of more than 100 cSt.
